Logan has 8 years of healthcare experience, with 5 years experience as an Administrator of Skilled Nursing Facility. She holds a Masters of Arts in Gerontology, emphasis on Healthcare Administration and Public Health. Logan became a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in 2018.She loves working with residents because you can create relationships with residents and their families that span several years. For skilled nursing patients she enjoys seeing them become equipped to meet their goals as a result of our care. Integrity to staff and excellent provision of quality care is the paramount focus!

Kyla has been in healthcare for 11 years, with two of those helping to manage the dietary team. She is currently working towards getting my CDM/CFPP Certified Dietary Manager/ Certified Food Protection Professional Certificate.Kyla loves working with the residents and using their input to help build delish nutritionally balanced meals, while helping to provided them the education to make their own decisions regarding food.

Danette has been a therapist 25, 16 of those years have been at FHR in skilled nursing and 10 years as DOR. Following college graduation she spent her first "career" raising her family and working only PRN until her children went to college.Danette loves the skilled nursing environment and working with the older residents. It allows daily opportunities to serve those who are often marginalized, feel forgotten and alone. Being a team leader also holds the responsibility of mentoring therapists and colleagues with compassion, making time to provide education, listen and be understanding, which helps keep self in check. Danette highly values facilitating others growth and helping them thrive at work and life.

Kasey has 14 years of experience in skilled nursing facilities, working to master the MDS for the last 10. She became RAC-CT certified receiving RN in 2011. She enjoys teaching CNA classes in her down time.Kasey enjoy working as an MDS nurse because it is like a puzzle- put all the pieces together and see how it helps create the resident’s plan of care while they are here with us.

She is passionate about promoting independence, dignity, and well-being in the later stages of life while collaborating with healthcare teams and community resources to address the unique challenges of aging.

She chose the nursing profession because she has always felt called to care for others and find fulfillment in helping people feel better. Skilled nursing is particularly meaningful to her as it allows her to empower patients with the strength and education they need to transition successfully to their home environments.Sarah has embraced the role of Nurse House Manager here at Family Health & Rehab.
